Toboggan – New Years’s Eve, is a winter urban music festival from December 28 to 31 for the celebration of the New Year in Québec City, organized by the BLEUFEU team.   

Launched in 2019, this even is in its third edition in 2022 with a revisited formula and 100% free for all.    

From December 28 to 30, DJs, Winter village and other animations.  

On December 31, big show of traditional, pop and electronic music with fireworks.  

Toboggan – New Years’s Eve, is organized by the BLEUFEU team.   

Toboggan sites are located in the Old Qu ébec .  

On Grande Allée near parc de la Francophonie and at place de l’Assemblée-Nationale on December 31.  

RTC – Public transportation is the easiest and cheapest way to get to the venue on Grande Allée.

Yes! All shows from December 28 to 30 and the New Year’s Eve show are free.  

It is possible to enhance your experience on December 31 at place de l’Assemblée-Nationale in the VIP Zone.  

There will be a reserved area for mobility impaired people on December 31 at place de l’Assemblée-Nationale. Access is FREE, but you must make a reservation beforehand. 

Reservation by phone at 418-476-0355 and at 1-888-978-6471 from November 21 at 9 a.m., through Friday December 23 included. An e-ticket will be sent by email et will be required at the entrance to access the zone. 

There is a 10-person limit capacity with an accompanying individual. 

Adapted sanitary services available. No bar service directly in the zone, but a bar nearby will be accessible for accompanying individuals. 

The drop-off area is located at the corner of René-Lévesque and Honoré-Mercier.

Yes, children are welcome to Toboggan! Access to the winter village at parc de la Francophonie is FREE for all from December 28 to 31.

On December 31, access to the SiriusXM stage at place de l’Assemblée-Nationale is also FREE for all.

VIP ZONE - December 31 show : VIP Zone access requires a ticket for all, not matter the age. Note that strollers and sleds are not allowed in the VIP Zone.

The delivery of tickets began on December 1st ; for those who made a purchase between November 14 and November 30. Since December 1st, buyers receive an email with their e-ticket(s) in a PDF format minutes after completing the purchase.
